Dang good response!!!!  This should be sent to all mso's and primes. And then ask them what were they making then versus now.  Bet they got raises, gas cards, and atleast 2 if not three new vehicles since then. I bet if all their salaries had been cut like the contractors, and all the extras added(freebies aka COMPOSITE) they would feel different.
