What I am saying is that I can post a "Private Link" on You Tube that only allows people that I give a link to can see.  If I don't give you the link then you cannot access the video. So then I am not infringing any copy write laws by simply uploading it to You Tube.  If I were to upload it for  "Public Viewing" I would be in violation.
www.cabl.com/bar  is a "public" forum, and posting the link would be infringing copy write laws.
As producer,I have the right to share the video with any "individual" that I choose, so by sending the link via "private message"  I am sharing the video to an "individual" rather than the general public.
If you were to go to my You Tube channel you could see about 50 or so videos, However I have more like about 100 videos on You Tube, many of which you have to be "invited" to see.
I actually use You Tube as auxiliary storage and back up for my computer, in addition to sharing copy write material with friends, family and potential customers.
