Once we had a serious look at SA equipments. At that time the engineer from SA look at me like I was an idiot, because I did not like their ideal that their RF amplifiers would not use an input equalization, he believed, it need only to be mid-stage EQ. He cames to us after and mentioned that he was wrong, but it was to late for us to use their equipment.....
Not having a test point at that time made me also a bit against their products.
This are some of the reasons why I did not like SA equipment.
Now that I am retired, I would probably look at it again...
