  If 50 to 60% of all techs walked for 1 week the cable and sat. companys would be lost. They would willingly negotiate a system that not only benefited them but the techs also. The way to make it work is for everyone willing to walk out must also be willing to prevent scabs from coming in and doing the work. This works but it takes a total team effort with everyone involved watching out for everyone else's back.
