  I don't think it can work because most tech's don't have the balls to do it. Most tech's want to but they are too scared. My father was a coal miner and helped fight to get mines unionized and believe me it was a real war. Done wright everyone would benefit including the companies. It would take time and things most would get worse for awhile.With determination and the will to see it through the industry would improve immensley. I'm ready to get started.
