For inciting or partisipating in a wildcat strike against a company. Employees can be fired, contractors can be let go and sued. If the employee (or sub) of a contractor does it, then I think you can see what must happen, can't you?
Under the law you can file a grevence, you can take them to court, you can quit, hell you can even picket the place, but it is illegal to icite or partisipate in a wildcat strike.
This law was passed in 1935. Where have you people been?
