Im havivng the same issue but as a contractor I refused to do the 6 room upgrade or install its takes entirely too long for all of this equipment to boot up and download. I told the contracting company that I contract for he needs to add a labor time to my invoice for a 6 room hopper joey installs. Another thing is this the big upgrades can not activate through eta direct you have to call in and it takes 6 to 10 minutes for them to see the equipment then activate. If you ask me its an installers nightmare
