Directv Inhouse

Any one want to give me the low down on working Directv inhouse? Keep in mind I have been in and out of cable and satellite for almost 20yrs, I have been contracting satellite for the last 10yrs. So far I know they want to start me out hourly at the same amount as some one that has no experience at all, which is making me look at it funny.
