 Sorry to spoil your dream but it was people like Steve Jobs and Bill Gates that created the tech boom not the Gov. Not Clinton. And certainly not Gore.  And  what money? I think Clinton used all that up on lawyers and paying off his mistresses so he wouldn't get impeached.  Was there any left?
