 I truly believe that if Obama had  been President on 9-11 he would have grabbed a bull horn, stood on the pile of rubble, and tell all the New Yorkers to calm down, and for the benefit of the freedom and security of you and the United States of America, I will find out who did this and I will TALK to them. And believe me it won't be pretty!
