If you used the prewire, and it was rg59, then yea, i bet they could charge you back, 'technically' even if it was rg6, if its not their approved cable, they could, but I have never heard of anyone doing that. As for going and taking back the material you did use, that would be trespassing and theft, once the materials is connected to the customers home, the customer owns it, least that is the law in most states. If you are a contractor, you have to be given the opportunity to correct the issue your self before any charges.
