 If it is rus, the prices vary for the hc coding. Lowest billed unit is 1.10 per pair, while the highest billed is 7.50 per pair.Closure units vary as well. Closure prices vary by type as well with the ha rus unit paying as low as $75 to $125. The hb unit pays from $100 to $225.
 
If it is for Bell, the prices will be almost identical, with the exception of being able to bill interior/exterior, as well as buried,aerial,underground differentials, as well as manhole set up and pumping units.
