also bi weekly pay is hard to track on orders. weekly is alot easier. i mean if you have a difference in pay you get it back two weeks later after the two weeks that is ridiculous. i mean these companies want to rest the cost of business expenses on the rep. if the contractor had any self respect for themselves. mind you the people making the money for them they would foot the cost but a biweekly pay system in this biz is ridiculous.
