I am proud to say we have 95% of our Techs returning this summer, we have a lot of new faces this summer because of the growth we've had. I am looking forward to giving all new Techs the positive experience that our veteran Techs have had. We all have heard the horror stories about summer sales companies not paying out what is owed to Techs. As a Tech myself I can completely understand the frustration and anger from Techs that had the misfortune of working for one of these companies. I can only speak for DishOne when I say that we'll take all necessary steps to make sure Techs and Reps are paid out correctly for all completed Sales/Installs.
