Goodsky,That is the question I skipped.....................It opens the door to another conversation. I just know where it will go. IF you are a corporate manager with access to a legal department there WILL BE a memo about corporate liability. The current buzz, in my opinion, is:.....we have numerous applicants for all positions....."....We therefor do not need to take a chance of ending up on the evening news after some ex con cable dawg rapes a teenager and shoots the puppy. ........".............Offenders see their offenses as isolated ( and sometimes justified) acts..........employers see the isolated acts as a predictor of future actions. The truth is somewhere in the middle............Joe
