In addition to what has been said,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,If you have a tool or skill or capability that nobody else has................you can set a price that pays your benefits, a good wage, equipment costs and a profit. You set your own schedule and accept or reject work based on profitability.........it can be good!..........IF you are just giving up benefits and providing skilled labor that can be learned in a week you are really placing yourself at the lowest and most easily replaceable level of the food chain. ....You get to decide..............Joe
