cowboy installs = 5 per day and not answering phone calls the following week from customers. Then I get assigned tc's @ $35 per and accused of bad attitude and slow installs but no sc's from my own work. bottom line is all that matters to mgmt always has, always will. More to being a PROFESSIONAL installer than stringin cable and pointin dish! Good rep with customers and easy to work with attitude goes a long way and ends up being profitable in long run. Talk to my customers from years past to this day which is why I'm still in this bussiness after all these years. Good luck to all that want all the money yesterday and all the work tomorrow, you'll learn!
