30g is good money according to mgmt @ Baja. Crusty old field personel that think the old way is the only way. Quite the joke. Relatively new company so the possability of change in perspective is still possable but the $ asks no ?s @ local levels so will be sos until they wake up and realize that field personel ARE the company and compensation $ wise needs to be liveable in todays world! Starting pay was the same as 20+ years ago back in CA with higher expectations and kiss my ass if you don't like it attitude! Corporate America will never change until working America stands tall like back in my father's day and says NO MORE and GIVE IT YOUR BEST SHOT. It's not socialism, just common sense for the common good.
