Salary, no, salary is a non exempt employment status, but you can be paid a set amount for services, paid on a weekly, bi weekly, or monthly. People do it all the time, Lawyers, CPA's, Doctors, Consultants, alot of these people work as contractors for a set amount of pay weekly. If your working as a 'manager' for a sub company, and they are paying you a set amount weekly, you are basically a 'consultant', but that would never hold up in court or at the labor board...
