Same in Mobile,Al. Comcast. Have been jogging between browsers to get through. Sometimes works, sometimes not. If it is in the initial account lookup and activation, have been pushing through outside net connection ie: smartphone etc. via account lookup. Will only take you as far as user establishment. If on the final stage toobar download, browser dancing or just DOI. Other installers say clearing cookies helps, hasn't for me. Not able to establish a solid pattern. have the theory that auto updaters are also jamming the modem from browser connecting to wallgarden. Anyone else have suggestions?
