You better go camp out in front of his door TONIGHT, Because if he told you that he will pay you on Friday, on a 30 day out job that he was most likely paid for 3 weeks ago, He is all ready packed and ready to roll out in the middle of the night with Yours and Many Others money.
And like his little buddy said that you can't Lien them, They don't care, He will forfeit the 10% retainage and last check because he has 3 weeks of everybody's money, and the only ones that will get paid are the ones that has to drive his trucks to the next big score or he will move them to a wallmart parking lot or self storage in another close city.
