Viasys went Bankrupt because Verizon would not pay them. I am the one that got the work for them and built the team for construction services. We worked for them for 10 months without any payment from them and Viasys was not large enough to carry the tab.
This is the one and only answer that is correct so if you are looking for retainage give it up. They are no longer in business.
