  dfwdtv is right. In this biz it's who you know, not what you say you can do. You will need to kiss some butt, then do a good job. References are everything in this biz. You will definitely need contacts to even get started. Once you have your contacts get good people to work for you, and treat them right. Then you will have your co.  Good luck to you.
