I know for a fact they are limiting speeds. There are only a few VSAT companies that don't and you have to pay a lot for those services.
There are very few options out there that don't limit you. Even on my crummycast I have limits. Surprises me they don't put limits on
TV services... But then again that's just a broadcast signal.
FYI the cheapest unrestricted satellite service out there is $99 a month for 1mb down 128k up. anything higher that that with the same or lower price is definitely capped. plus just for the modem is $1800. That doesn't include the install or the dish, or radio.
