My definition of a Re-install is a customer who had service, disconnected and wants service there or somewhere else again. All my re-installs include great used equipment and full install pay. Doesn't matter if I installed it before or not.
Now if it is a service call that you messed up the original install and it failed, then you should go back and fix that within a time period.
So a Re-install or install should pay exactly the same.
