I did the tow biz. Sucks!!! Long hours, all hours of the night on call. Worked 40-50 hrs @ 30% = $200---$300. weekly. also any damage to tow were out of pocket expense. AAA did not make my bread and butter. They were crumbs. Now if you own your truck you should look in to transport from other tow companies like Copart Auto or auctions.You must build your own clientele.I did this for 6 months for a tow company. very demanding at times. I would not suggest this for your main income.........David the not working cable guy in Daytona Beach Florida.
