I have cooked many of meals on the old Detroit Engine Block, I also kept a webber bolted to the back platform and would fire it in the morning with Hickory or Oak
and slow cook Chicken or BBQ Ribs, Corn on the cob while I worked, people would drive by and say Dang that smells Good.
