Most MDU work is done by retailers, DirecTV, and usually they have contracts with the MDU property, they install the MDU, and the property sends them the customers to connect to the system. Most of the work these days are being built and installed while the property is in construction. Look up DirecTV for Business, thats the MDU and Commercial retail side.
