Garage operators are the same everywhere, lots of noise and no substance. If 2-3 weeks out on pay then laugh and walk. Been like that in my 12 years in CO with quite a few "Retailer of the year" wanabes that refuse to follow sound business policies and want it all NOW. 1099'ers can't be backed charged unless there is a signed contract with set amounts and standards. The way to get your money is through criminal court, not civil. Theft is theft, be it private or business and reporting to DTV or Dish will not work. Numbers, numbers, numbers is all that matters and that is why they encourage subs who usually don't have the resources to sue when it comes right down to it. Finding an established retailer that isn't flying around the country, buying new cars, or in the "office" 2hrs weekly is not easy but worth it form an install point of view. Good luck!
