Direct 4 Biz? New Directv commercial retailer?

Does anyone have any info on this company?  I have recently been contacted by this company, wanting me to do commercial directv installs in my area.  I've noticed some contact names with this company have previously worked for direct one, who many of us had lost a lot of money from when they bailed... Does anyone know if this is the same with a different name?
