no im doing box retrieval on deliquent accounts....and some people think if you take their boxes even though they are trying to pay the bill down that they wont get them back.......the mso bills them up to 500 bucks per box depending on what it is....but getting past the fact that some of these accounts are 6 months old and most of the customers have been evicted or just plain moved there are other aggravations to deal with....like if the company you work for has a contract that states if the customer returns the box and they made an effort to retrieve it the company gets paid for that and you dont.....if you go by a job and tag the door with your number and the companies number on it and they call the 800 number instead of you the company instructs the customer to turn the box into the mso and they get payed for it ....and the guy in the office finds every account on your current list that has a working phone number and has his guy in the office start calling these people trying to get them to return the boxes to the mso......meanwhile you are out there burning up fuel driving to these locations only to here the customer say i returned the box or chew your ear off from the constant phone harrassment they have recieved from your company....and then have your boss send other techs to jobs you have tagged and try to collect boxes that should be your payday.....these people are unorganized and extremely unethical ,they are like a bunch of used car salesmen
