wow that seems the exact opposite of people I know that did that job for comcast. The got paid plus got a percentage of the money they collected. They  WANTED to collect instead of Disconnecting. First step is they drove around and tagged all the houses and he left number to call and his wife handled all the calls and billing and whatnot. it wasnt killer money but they always seemed to make ok
