Perimeter fences here in the southwest are almost always cinder block. I'm not talking about the houses themselves, they're still the crap stucco and foam on 2x4 construction.
Look, if you guys want to hold on to your 2 hour estimates for a 4 room job, that's fine, it's still decent money. If you're making $120 on a 4 room job done in 2 hours and labor is 1/3rd of that and the rest goes to expenses, that's $40 for two hours, or $20/hr pay rate.
I really don't care if you guys don't believe me. Call me a bullshitter.
and downloading? what the heck is anyone doing that for? I tell the customer there will be a software upgrade offered in the next 24 hours and that they should accept it when it's offered. Customer ed is based on the type of customer. I spend time with the old people but for those swapping from dish or another company's DVR, what's really to explain that isn't already explained in the tips and tricks booklet?
