It hasn't happened yet. It is a "revelation" of what is to come. We already know the outcome, so what's there to worry about? Or are you saying the alternative is a more appealing choice? I think I will stick with God and remain in His presence. The fact that you even know of this scripture is a start. Means you are contemplating God's Word. Good for you, Dan!
