I have been using the magic jack for years and am very happy with it.
unfortunately, I somehow broke the USB plug off it.
Does anyone know if I can transfer my account to another unit that is no longer active?
I went to magicjack.com and "chatted" with a representative who insisted that I buy another device from him, but I think that I can just install another device and enter my account information.
Anyone know if this is possible?
