My point about it being a scam is that for every dollar a state collects in child support the Fed. Gov. gives them a dollar of our tax money to do with as they please. In some cases States use that money to pay pensions instead of helping families in need. The more a state collects the more the Fed. Gov. gives them. If you can't pay through no falt of your own (like looseing your job) they have the power to ruin your life. This is all under the democrates wellfare reform bill. They say it's for the children, but it's a scam to funnel money.   That's a problem.
