Problem with getting a lawyer is that FOC (friend of the court in michigan or friend of the c*nt as everyone else calls them) is that they make sure you don't have enough money to actually hire one. I have 40% custody of my son, one more overnight with me per week and it would be 50/50. I wouldn't pay her anything - she wouldn't pay me anything The courts have turned it into an early retirement plan for women and a no win situation for men.
