contact the department of labor in the state the work is being done in,more than likely the prime you are working for should have the pay schedule,  hourly rates vary from state to state for the same work function. if you are a sub make sure you are familiar with "certified payroll" as it is required nationwide on any davis-bacon "prevailing wage " project. i have had employees be approached by passers by on the jobsite inquiring what they do ie... labor, operator,journeyman etc.. and how much they are making only to find out they are working for the dept. of labor. do your homework !!
