Yes, we're dumb working for the rates that are being paid.  But not dumb for working.  Working is a good thing.  It really sucks when a company doesn't realize that and tries to take from what you've earned.  All big companies do this, to either a small portion or even a large portion.  Hopefully it's not you.  You really got to take care of business and that handles most cases.  But sometimes it just doesn't matter who you are, the cycle turned and they are coming after someone.  They just failed in doing this to me as I am fixing to hand them their ass.  I'll update you when I get all, plus some....
