In my experience....go the criminal route.Go to the cops and charge the managers you dealt with with fraud and theft of services. You can drop the charges after you are paid.............The court thing will not get you paid......I have a few judgments......can't find the companies to collect. Also, do it soon. The clock is ticking...........Letters to all the installation sites advising that you have not been paid and may ask the courts for mechanics liens may cause pressure on the installation company,........It should not be this hard.Joe
