best way to learn is by doing the work...you cant expect to teach someone in a classroom and then throw them to the wolves.....dont forget to teach them customer service that way even if they cant do the work they can smooze the customer into believing them. If you were teaching them plumbing it would be simple you just tell them that paydays are on friday and toilets dont flush uphill
