Our install and service group shifts are: Sun to Thurs and Tues to Sat so everyone gets a weekend day off, there are 2 shifts with the larger number of the techs working 8:00 to 5:00 and a smaller group working 12:00 to 9:00. The coverage on Mon and Fri is light but it reflects what the subs request for appointment times. If your employee pool is big enough try to get 4/10's.
