Again, not the point. No one is denying, or can deny that it hasn't happened in the past. The point at this time is that they were caught; told to stop by the NFL, and if they had stopped this would have just gone away; they said they would stop, but didn't stop; now they are facing the consequences of their actions. The NFL also has members of the Saints organization lying to NFL investigators about the incidents, claiming they didn't know it was happening, when the evidence clearly shows they had knowledge.
The Saints are going to get tagged for this. It's going to cost them some draft choices at the very least, and may lead to some front office people losing their jobs.
