The unfortunate reality is that itys a vemployers market.Jobs here in NJ are at a alltime low,People answering ads are competing with 10 or 15 other people experienced or not for the same position.I answered an ad in Craigslist for a Fiber Optic Technician to work in NYC(Manhattan).The recruiter only wanted to pay $16.00 Hourly.Factor in transportation costs,Housing,Tolls,Parking - its not cheap.Normal work in NYC for fiber work is $28 - $40 hrly.If anyone says economy in NJ getting bettert is full of s@#t!!
