Wish we could bill it and move on. Doesn't work that way where I work. Barely any codes to bill for fixing what the previous tech didn't do. Ic520s (replace) only pays 3 points out my way. Not worth getting the cable off the truck. They is a glitch in there house check system. Also cisco boxes always read high here so its an automatic fail if thats the equipment you receive.
