Actually the law has around 630 items that reveals sin and points us to our need of a savior, which we have in Jesus Christ. The law does not save you, though if you could actually not commit one single sin, which you can't, you would enter heaven on that merit. Problem is, we all have sinned, and God can not allow sin to enter into heaven. It is not Him rejecting you, but you rejecting Him, that will separate you from His presence for eternity. There are many things that you can not wrap your mind around, and it's a shame that you would dismiss them because of that ignorance. In all reality, you do not KNOW what happens to you when you die. You do know that your physical body rots and eventually returns to the dust, but you have no idea what happens to your soul, yet you dismiss what God's Word has to say about the matter because it makes living your life outside His will much easier. Praying that you will feel led to search out Truth before it's too late for you, brother.
