does the program you wrote work well for provisioning & monitoring of your modems? There is a good, inexpensive alternative to compainies such as IBBS, it's called RPM and costs about $3.00 per month per sub.

With all of the government regulations such as EAS CAP compliance and the ever increasing cost of retransmission fees small cable operators are constantly needing to find ways to survive while preserving the jobs of good people and serving customers that are ever demanding and expect more for less.
