Ya, I could see that with the HSP's not letting the techs charge for them. But as a contractor..  I always charge for that for both Dish and Directv.   That's alot of work.   Especially if it's 100' out in the yard.     It's too bad for the techs that can't charge for the extra labor for those types of installs.  One more reason to stiff the hard working guys out in the field.     I had a retailer try to tell me to do a Dish Network pole mount install for free, I laughed and told her to get somebody else to do it.
