That is some of the worst advice I have heard in a long time. If you want to get kicked out of the system quickly use the above advice. If you would have knowledge of the sales industry you would know that most MSO managers troll Craigslist and just wait for you to put up and ad. Secondly, Where in the hell do you live that you are getting better than a 3 percent return on your flyers, PLEASE DO TELL... Flyers are decent if you don't pay someone to put them out and you actually get off your ass and flyer apartments. Here in AZ we are at best getting a 1rgu return on 100-150 flyers. Last year was better but this place is flooded with idiotd that rely on the business card thing. UGH
Time to go throw up after reading the advice from other... YACK YACK
