We need to educate the consumers to call and deal with the local retailers instead of calling DTV and Dish's 800 numbers. I know it will never happen, but as I tell people...nobody calls an 800 number to get their fridge, a.c or car foxed. If my a.c. guy screws up or doesn't do the job right.....his company will probably go under and he can learn satellite or cable. Satellite and cable contractors do suck...just as do the O & O's...they don't care...ain't there business and they'll just go to the next guy. Don't believe me??? How many DTV contractors are in your area???
